Welcome to The Skinformé Academy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our educational programs, websites, digital content, community platforms, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By enrolling in any course, accessing our website, or participating in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and possess a relevant professional background in beauty therapy, skin therapy, massage, lash and brow services, or medical aesthetics to enrol in our training programs. It is your responsibility to ensure the techniques taught comply with the regulations of your country, state, or licensing body.
2. Account Registration
To access most Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Course Access & Usage

Digital Access: Online course access is valid for 90 days per individual course, or 12 months if enrolled in a Master or Expert Pathway.

In-Person Courses: Intrinsic Intensive includes 1-day online access, plus 3-day in-person training and 90-day review access.

Completion Requirements: Some certifications require uploading video assessments. Certificates are only issued once assessments are reviewed and approved.

Individual Use Only:
Course enrolment is strictly for the individual purchaser. Sharing, displaying, distributing, or granting access to course materials—including videos, downloads, protocols, or assessments—to any third party (including staff or colleagues) is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate revocation of access without refund. Legal action may be taken for unauthorised use or distribution.
4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Please ensure you review course descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

If a course is cancelled by us, a reschedule or refund will be offered.

For in-person courses, failure to attend forfeits your payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, training methods, facial protocols, videos, materials, and brand assets are the intellectual property of The Skinformé Academy. These materials are provided for personal professional development only.
You may not reproduce, record, modify, distribute, resell, or use any content for commercial training or internal staff education without a formal licensing agreement.
6. Licensing
Use of The Skinformé Facial name ("The Skinformé Facial") on your menu, website, or marketing is permitted under an active licensing agreement.
7. Community & Conduct
You agree to maintain respectful, professional, and constructive engagement in our live trainings, events, and online communities. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in:

Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour

Misuse of intellectual property

False claims regarding certification or affiliation with our brand
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Courses are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific client outcomes or financial results. You are responsible for ensuring that techniques are applied ethically and appropriately within your practice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Skinformé Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our Services.
10. Privacy
Your data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and handling of your personal information as outlined therein.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Skinformé, part of Isabella Loneragan Skin, ABN 61 626 522 021. We formulate, manufacture, and supply a range of high-quality skincare products for targeting and treating specific concerns.
1. Background
Please read these Wholesale Terms & Conditions (Terms) and our Privacy Policy carefully as they govern and apply to all and any purchase, use, access, and availability of Skinformé Skincare (us/our) wholesale products (collectively, Products).
If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from purchasing our Products.
These Terms may be amended by us at any time, and by continuing to purchase any Products, you accept the Terms as they apply from time to time.
2. Access to Products
Wholesale customers can purchase directly via our website. At this time, we do not require the creation of a wholesale account or completion of any application form.
We may introduce account-based wholesale access in future, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
3. Use of Products for Wholesale Purposes
You must:
(a) only purchase Products for lawful purposes and for professional or business-related resale or treatment purposes;
(b) not commit any act, engage in any practice or omit to commit any act that:
(i) is harmful to our systems, reputation, or goodwill; or
(ii) interferes with the integrity of our brand;
(c) not make purchases through unauthorised means, including using automated tools, bots, or scripts; and
(d) not encourage or facilitate any violations of these Terms.
4. Ordering Products
4.1 Ordering process
(a) You may place an order for the Products (Order) by completing your purchase directly through our website.
(b) When you place an Order, we will issue an Order confirmation and Order number. By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products in accordance with these Terms.
(c) We strive to accurately describe the Products and their appearance. However, colours and specifications may vary slightly depending on your device.
(d) We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order at any time for any reason.
4.2 Minimum order value
(a) There is no minimum order value; and
(b) There is no minimum annual spend requirement.
4.3 Exclusivity
(a) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Products are provided on a non-exclusive basis. We reserve the right to supply Products to multiple businesses or stockists, including those operating in the same area.
(b) For postcode exclusivity enquiries, please contact us via phone or email.
(c) Exclusivity is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time without notice.
5. Restrictions on the Use and Sale of Products
(a) You agree not to:
(i) use the Products in any defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, illegal, or infringing manner;
(ii) use the Products as part of a trademark, business name, or logo;
(iii) misrepresent yourself as the creator or manufacturer of the Products;
(iv) alter or remove copyright or proprietary labels on the Products;
(v) repackage Products in non-approved packaging; or
(vi) reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Products.
(b) In the event of a product recall, you agree to assist us and any third party as reasonably required.
(c) You may not sell or offer the Products for sale on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Gumtree, Facebook groups, or Marketplace without prior written approval.
(d) All resales must use the Recommended Retail Pricing (RRP) listed on the Skinformé Academy website as a minimum. You may sell above this price but not below it.
6. Payment
(a) All Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer credit, consignment, or delayed payment terms.
(b) Accepted payment methods include:
(i) credit card payments;
(ii) bank deposit.
(c) All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
(d) GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included in pricing where applicable under A New Tax System (Goods and Services) Act 1999 (Cth).
(e) We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. You will be notified of significant pricing changes via our website or email.
(f) You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and correct.
(g) If we are unable to process your payment, your Order will not be fulfilled, and we may contact you for resolution.
7. Promotional and Informational Materials
7.1 Promotional Materials
(a) We may provide you with product and lifestyle imagery (Promotional Materials) for marketing and resale purposes.
(b) We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use these Promotional Materials for the marketing and sale of Skinformé Products.
(c) You may not:
(i) use the materials to promote other brands;
(ii) remove or obscure copyright or proprietary notices;
(iii) use non-approved imagery without prior consent.
7.2 Training & Informational Materials
(a) You may be provided with training and product information for education purposes only.
(b) These materials remain confidential and must not be shared, copied, or used for non-authorised purposes.
8. Shipping & Returns
8.1 Shipping
(a) Products are shipped once payment is received in full.
(b) If Products are in stock, we aim to dispatch within 5 business days.
(c) Delivery timeframes may vary due to third-party logistics or circumstances beyond our control.
(d) We are not liable for delays in shipping caused by external factors.
8.2 Locations
(a) We ship worldwide however all tarrifs/import taxes where applicable must be paid by the purchaser.
(b) We ship to commercial and residential addresses but not to PO Boxes.
8.3 Tracking
Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. If your Order is lost or delayed, please contact us with your Order number.
8.4 Defective or Incorrect Products
(a) You must notify us of any defective or incorrect items within 5 days of receiving your Order.
(b) If verified, we will at our discretion:
(i) accept return at our cost;
(ii) issue a credit or refund; or
(iii) provide replacements.
(c) If surplus or incorrect Products are delivered, we will cover return costs.
8.5 Risk and Title
Risk and ownership transfer to you upon delivery.
9. Refunds
(a) If your Order is rejected, a full refund will be issued.
(b) Except as required by law, refunds will not be provided for change of mind or misuse of Products.
10. Intellectual Property
(a) All Skinformé materials and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
(b) You may not copy, reproduce, alter, or distribute any Skinformé materials (including packaging, branding, website content, training material, or promotional content) without written consent.
(c) Use of our materials does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
11. Third Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party websites or content linked from our website. Access is at your own risk.
12. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing from us, you agree to our data handling practices.
13. Exclusions & Limitation of Liability
(a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties except those required under Australian Consumer Law.
(b) We do not guarantee continuous, error-free website access or that our Products will meet every expectation.
(c) We are not liable for:
(i) damages caused by system failure, delays, or viruses;
(ii) business losses; or
(iii) third-party conduct or misuse of our Products.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of our Products or breach of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may terminate your access to purchase Products if:
(a) you breach these Terms;
(b) required by law; or
(c) we deem the arrangement commercially unviable.
16. Disputes
Before initiating legal action, both parties must attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion or mediation (within 80km of Sydney, Australia).
Dispute procedures are detailed in this clause and must be followed before escalating to litigation.
17. General
17.1 No Waiver – Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver.
17.2 Severability – If any clause is invalid, the rest remain in force.
17.3 Entire Agreement – These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
17.4 Jurisdiction – These Terms are governed by NSW law.
17.5 Force Majeure – We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
